Refunds

I gladly accept returns. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 30 days of delivery. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items, because of their nature, can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

I'm sorry that I cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged in the post that have not been insured. However if you'd like to insure your package, please purchase a registered mail listing which is available in the shop, or upgrade your postage option.
